Terms of Service
Last updated: March 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Speemax Technologies website and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
Speemax Technologies provides software development, web design, and cybersecurity consulting services to clients on a project basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in individual project scopes or proposals.
3. Project Engagements
- All project work begins only after written confirmation of scope and receipt of any agreed deposit.
- Scope changes requested after work has begun may affect timelines and cost and require written agreement.
- Client feedback must be provided within agreed review windows; delays caused by the client may extend the delivery timeline.
- Speemax Technologies retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code and design assets created specifically for a project are transferred to the client. Speemax Technologies retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, libraries, or internal tooling incorporated into the work, subject to their respective licences.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Standard terms are 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly charge.
6. Limitation of Liability
Speemax Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed at the agreed rate, and partial deliverables will be provided upon receipt of outstanding payment.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law principles. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
